Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)

Do you have a passion for early childhood education and a talent for creating engaging and nurturing learning environments? GSL Education are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a supportive school in Barton. This position provides flexible daily supply work with the potential for extended placements in local schools.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering a stimulating and inclusive curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and curiosity in young learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting children's early development, and creating a warm and inspiring classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities of EYFS Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel safe and valued.
  • Monitor and assess children's development and progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Support early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through engaging activities.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and staff to enhance student learning.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage independent learning in young children.

Requirements of EYFS Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience working within the classroom teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a creative teaching approach.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Updated Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
