Job summary

Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd in Addiscombe is seeking an Early Years Educator (Unqualified) to support our experienced team in creating safe, nurturing and fun environments where children can thrive every day.

No prior nursery experience is required; we provide the training and support you need to succeed, with a pathway to early years qualifications and personal development opportunities within a family-run nursery.

Qualifications

• No previous nursery experience required; training provided.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and develop early years skills.
• A positive team player who supports colleagues and children.
• Reliable and motivated to progress in childcare.

Responsibilities

• Support children during play, learning activities and daily routines.
• Help create experiences that encourage curiosity and development.
• Work closely with the team to keep the nursery safe, organised and welcoming.
• Build warm relationships with children and their families.
• Support children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll create a happy and safe environment for the children in your care.

You will:

• Support childrenduring play, learning activities and daily routines

• Help create experiences that encourage curiosity and development

• Work closely with your team to keep the nursery safe,organisedand welcoming

• Build warm relationships with children and their families

• Support children’s confidence,independenceand wellbeing
