Happy Days Nursery & Pre-school in Tonbridge is seeking an Early Years Educator / Early Childhood Professional to deliver high-quality early education in line with EYFS. You will support children's development and collaborate with families to give children the best start in life.

You will plan engaging activities, observe progress, and contribute to safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion while benefiting from clear career progression and funded professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A recognised Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Professional, reflective and proactive approach to practice.
• Genuine interest in Early Years education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and achievements.
• Build strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
