EDG Nursery in Greater London is seeking an Early Years Educator/Practitioner with a Level 2/3 childcare qualification to assist in planning and monitoring the nursery environment and implementing essential policies and procedures. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging activities that promote progression through development stages and ensure safeguarding guidelines are followed.

Formación

• Must hold Level 2/3 Childcare qualification.
• Ability to plan and monitor nursery activities and environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and statutory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities for progression.
• Complete daily nursery tasks as delegated by the room leader.
• Adhere to nursery policies, procedures and risk assessments.
• Maintain staff supervision ratios and report safeguarding incidents.
• Conduct regular observations on key children and communicate welfare updates.
