Early Years Educator Wanted!

Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We're looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team!

What You'll Do:

  1. Ensure high-quality care and safety for children
  2. Plan stimulating play experiences to support their growth
  3. Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

What We're Looking For:
Experience:
  1. Working with children from inner-city or BAME communities
  2. At least 2 years post-qualification experience
  3. Supporting children ages 6 months to 5 years
  4. Experience working with students and apprentices

Qualifications:
  1. Level 3 in Early Years (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE, etc.)

Skills & Personality:
  1. Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing
  2. Team player and independent worker
  3. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  4. Experience implementing the Children Act 2004 & Every Child Matters

Additional Info:
  1. Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only
  2. Pay: £14.60 per hour
  3. Start ASAP until July
  4. DBS check required
