Job summary

N Family Club is recruiting an Early Years Educator for our Walthamstow nursery. The role focuses on delivering the N Curriculum through play, nurturing curiosity and confidence in every child in your care.

Hours are 11am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with a permanent part-time arrangement. You’ll access industry-leading training and resources to support your growth in early years education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
