Position Details:

We are seeking both Unqualified and Qualified Practitioners for part-time positions at Crescent II in SW17. Qualified candidates will receive a £1000 joining bonus after a successful probation period (£500 for part-time).

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a love for working with children
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and legislation (e.g., Safeguarding)
  • Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent for qualified applicants
