Job summary

Busy Bees East Malling is seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing environment, in line with the EYFS framework. As part of the UK's leading nursery group, you will build positive relationships with children and families, lead engaging activities, and benefit from ongoing professional development and the Bee Curious curriculum.

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education, experience with under-5s, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to support growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
• Act as Key Person, overseeing development and building strong family connections.
