Busy Bees Leeds, Guiseley, is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our nursery team and support the development of young children. You will help deliver engaging learning activities and create a safe, inclusive space where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding of each child's uniqueness.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Act as Key Person and build partnerships with families.
• Track children's progress through observations and assessments.
