Busy Bees Nurseries in Bedford Elstow is seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team and deliver high-quality early years education within the Bee Curious framework. You will plan and lead activities that support children's development and establish strong relationships with families, following EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication and organisational skills and ability to plan/ deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
