Busy Bees in Bedford Elstow is seeking an Early Years Educator to inspire young minds, support holistic development, and deliver high-quality care within our Bee Curious curriculum. You will lead activities aligned with the EYFS, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom.

The role offers a 4-day week option and opportunities for professional growth within UK's leading nursery group.

Qualificações

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and an interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.

Responsabilidades

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
