Ideal candidates have a Level 2 qualification and experience with under-5s, plus strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare is required.
• Experience working with children under 5 is essential.
• Empathy and understanding for each child is important.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
