Department: Nursery Education

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Compensation: £28,059 - £30,264 / year

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for delivering our 'learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum.
  2. Implement the daily routine sensitively.
  3. Plan innovative learning experiences that challenge children’s development.
  4. Conduct high-quality observations, assessments, and planning.
  5. Ensure smooth transition periods such as sleep, mealtimes, and outings.
  6. Supervise mealtimes, adhering to policies to ensure children’s safety.
  7. Follow all policies and procedures.
  8. Build strong relationships with parents.
  9. Promote safeguarding procedures and child welfare.
  10. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the day.
  11. Complete daily H&S checks and follow up on concerns.
  12. Embed policies, procedures, and practices within your work.
  13. Engage in reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  14. Implement behavioral safety protocols.
  15. Adhere to the company's H&S policy: “Statement of Intent”.
  16. Lead by example, uphold high standards, and seek feedback to achieve educational excellence.
