Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator in Cobham, Surrey. You will nurture and inspire children's growth, implement engaging activity plans, and maintain a safe classroom environment. Applicants should have experience working with children and a Level 2 Early Years qualification. Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid certification and willingness to train.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh).
• Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations and assessments for key children.

Skills

Experience working with children in an early years environment

Paediatric First Aid (12 hours)
