Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship – Mottingham Hall For Children
We are currently seeking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team who is also passionate about early years. This role involves working directly with children.
Key Details
Salary:National Minimum Wage (21+ - £12.21, 18-20 £10 & Under 18 £7.55)
Working hours:40 hours per week. Monday – Friday (1 hour lunch break)
Holiday entitlement: 20 days including 8 bank holidays. (additional leave given for birthday and for long serving staff members)
Duvet days (extra days annual leave for staff who go the extra mile)
Location:Mottingham Hall For Children, SE9 4RW
Apprenticeship Details –19 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship. (All learning is delivered online/ remote).
Training Provider:LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)
At the nursery, they aim to provide top-quality childcare and early education for all children. As an Early Years Educator Apprentice you will join a team of experienced staff working together to run and improve the nursery. Mottingham Hall for Children celebrate children's learning and development with families by using their understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will include:
· Providing high-quality childcare and early education experiences for all nursery children.
· Collaborating with a skilled and knowledgeable staff team to support the operations and growth of the nursery.
· Valuing and highlighting children's learning and development together with their families.
· Utilising expertise in Early Years Foundation Stage and child development to create and play-based learning activities based on children's interests daily.
· Developing strong professional connections with children, parents, and colleagues.
