You must have Maths and English GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above to apply.

You’ll support learning, run engaging activities, help with meals and naps, observe progress, and work with a team to create a safe, stimulating environment while receiving mentoring and online study.

Qualifications

• Must have Maths and English GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above.
• Willingness to undertake Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
• Interest in working with children and learning in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting
• Engaging children in fun and educational activities
• Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
• Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play
• Observing and recording children's progress
• Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals
