You will start with remote learning and hands-on experience in a nursery setting, supported by a dedicated mentor, with progression to full-time employment on completion.

*You will need to have achieved a grade 4/C or above in your Maths and English GCSEs (or equivalent) to apply for this position.*

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting
• Engaging children in fun and educational activities
• Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
• Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play
• Observing and recording children's progress
• Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals
