Realise Training - The Cheshire Day Nursery Latchford is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to pursue a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a busy setting.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with children and families, promoting health and safety, and supporting development and play under supervision. Successful candidates will be supported towards an outstanding Ofsted outcome.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English or equivalent; willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
• Training to be provided towards Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standards (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours).
• Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator is part of the programme.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support children's development, learning and play.
• Assist key persons and eventually manage a small cohort of children with staff support.
• Contribute to teamwork and high-quality practice in line with safeguarding procedures.
• Support the nursery in achieving outstanding Ofsted potential.
• Uphold the Cheshire Day Nursery Group values and practices.
