Early Years Educator Apprentice - Furzefield Primary Academy

Working Pattern:Either 11:00 - 17:30 or 07:30 - 15:30

We are seeking ambitious EYE apprentices to join our team to work in the Nursery at Furzefield Primary Academy. For this role you will be studying to become a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator following a recognised occupation standard. You will work during the term time (and INSETS) with your study time and annual leave during the school holidays. Your annual pay will be paid in 12 equal instalments.

You will need to be at least 16 years old or over at the start of your apprenticeship with us.

You will:

• Ideally have A*-C/levels 9-5 in GCSE (or equivalent) for English and Maths.
• Enjoy working with young children
• Be committed to quality and continuous improvement.
• Have good ICT skills.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone.
• Be accurate and pay attention to detail.
• Be able to work constructively as part of a team.
• Be able to be proactive, use initiative and take personal responsibility for all work.
• Be able to take direction, and work towards and meet deadlines.
• Be willing and able to complete all learning and assessment requirements of the relevant framework.

• These roles can only be worked in the UK from the locations provided and not from overseas.
