Job summary

N Family Club is seeking an Educator - Lunch Cover in Reading, Berkshire, to inspire children through play and lead them in their development. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, providing a vibrant and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment is essential.
• Must hold Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) training and up-to-date safeguarding knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through play-based N Curriculum.
• Support smooth daily routines, including mealtimes and naptimes.
• Carry out observations and assessments for key children.

Skills

Experience working with children in an early years environment

Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Team player with a can-do attitude

Education

Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
