About the Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A minimum of 12 years experience in a nursery setting

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Strong planning and organisational skills

  • Knowledge of EYFS and a passion for early childhood development

  • Good communication and IT skills

  • A warm, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset

  • Paediatric First Aid (desirable)

  • A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
