About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Take responsibility for a group of key children, supporting their learning and development
Plan and deliver fun, imaginative activities in line with EYFS
Build positive relationships with children and their families
Track and report on childrens progress, holding regular parent meetings
Collaborate with a supportive team to create a nurturing, educational environment
Contribute to both term-time lessons and holiday programming

Easily accessible Windsor location
A minimum of 12 years experience in a nursery setting
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong planning and organisational skills
Knowledge of EYFS and a passion for early childhood development
Good communication and IT skills
A warm, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
