Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3) Wanted! Join Our Pre-School in Bispham, Blackpool!
Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 2 or 3 Early Years professional ready to inspire and nurture young minds? We're seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our welcoming pre-school setting in Bispham, Blackpool, starting November 2nd 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a stimulating and supportive environment where every child can flourish.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure, and confident to explore.
- Support and encourage toileting with young children.
- Assist with the personal care of young children, including babies and under 2-year-olds.
- Help with mealtimes, including feeding and cleaning up.
- Support continuous provision, foster curiosity in learning, and promote a mix of indoor and outdoor learning to enhance children's development and understanding of the wider world.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to their individual learning journeys.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Previous experience working in a pre-school or nursery setting with young children.
- A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- A genuine passion for working with young children, understanding their unique developmental needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
- A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive early years environment.
