Job Title: Early Years Educator

About You
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • Have a passion for early childhood education and providing the best start for children.
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in childcare and the EYFS framework.
  • Be an effective communicator who can collaborate with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Show enthusiasm for continuous professional growth and development.
  • Embrace a nurturing and supportive approach to fostering partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key person for a group of children, maintaining records and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the EYFS and children's individual interests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
  • Support children's learning and development across the seven areas of learning within the EYFS framework.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and provide regular updates on children's progress.
  • Participate in maintaining high standards of care and education within the nursery.
