Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in Cardiff is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to deliver high-quality care and education across all age groups. You’ll support each child’s development through inspiring activities and nurturing relationships, while contributing to a supportive, close-knit team.

The role offers flexibility (full-time, part-time or flexible working) and the opportunity to join a well-established setting on the outskirts of Cardiff with progression opportunities into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years is required.
• Strong knowledge of child development is essential.
• Team-focused, proactive approach and passion for learning are important.

We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Hollies Day Nursery in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive and close-knit setting.

Up to £27,809.60 per annum

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong knowledge of child development

Nice to have:

• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
