Job summary

RNN Group in Worksop is seeking a Head of Childcare and Early Years to lead the delivery of Level 1 to Foundation Degree programmes, including T-Level pathways. You will oversee lecturers, manage staff performance, and drive student success across classroom learning, work placements and assessments.

The role requires industry experience, leadership within education, and teaching/assessor qualifications, with a focus on delivering high-quality, multi-level courses and strong student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an education establishment with a strong track record of student outcomes.
• Teaching qualification and Assessors Award or willingness to work towards them.
• Level 3+ vocational qualification in a relevant field.
• Level 2 English and Maths or willingness to work towards them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality Childcare/Early Years qualifications across all funding streams.
• Oversee and support classroom learners, work placements, and onboarding processes to hit academic targets.
• Supervise and manage performance within your teaching team.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Manager and industry networks to build an enriching, modern curriculum.
