• Lead and deliver high-quality Childcare/Early Years qualifications across all funding streams
• Oversee classroom learners, work placements, and onboarding to hit academic targets.
• Supervise and manage performance within your teaching team.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Manager and industry networks to build an enriching, modern curriculum.
