Tanfield Lea Community Primary School in County Durham is seeking a highly motivated Early Years teacher for a temporary two-term post starting January 2027. The role is aligned with the Teachers' Pay and Conditions and runs until August 2027.

Temporary Contract until 31 August 2027. Required to start 1 January 2027.

The Governors of Tanfield Lea Community Primary School are keen to appoint a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Early Years teacher. This position is temporary for two terms, in the first instance, in accordance with the Teachers' Pay and Conditions.

We are a busy, lively school, dedicated to developing each and every child. • Monday 5 October at 4.00 pm
• Wednesday 7 October at 4.00 pm

Shortlisting will take place on Monday 12 October 2026 in the afternoon.

Interviews will be held during week commencing 19 October 2026.
