An established industry player is seeking a passionate Early Years Childcare Worker to join their dedicated team. Salary: £25,584 - £26,835 Pro Rata | Grade 4
The Early Years Team is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to provide care for children under the age of two. This will include sleep routine, feeding, weaning, and creating an appropriate play environment.
You will be responsible for assisting the Childcare Supervisor in providing high-quality childcare provision within this area.
The post holder must have a relevant qualification in Early Years/Childcare such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage or the willingness to learn.
You must have experience of working with children aged 0-2 years and an understanding of what is required to provide a high-quality learning environment for 0-5 year olds. Experience of Flying Start provision would be desirable.
