Salary – Starting from £26,790.40 per annum Pro rata or £12.88 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours - Part time 3x 8 hours shifts

We’re looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Harwell nursery. This Ofsted rated Good nursery has a cosy feeling and caters for children aged 3 months to 5 years! The nursery benefits from a large outdoor space and plenty of cosy reading corners, imagination stations and sensory area's.

The Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will have adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curious minds – supporting colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
