Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Bath is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Assistant to join our nursery team. You will support children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment, helping them become confident, independent learners.

Working 40 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis, you will follow the EYFS framework, collaborate with colleagues and families, and contribute to high-quality care and education that helps every child shine.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Good communication skills with colleagues and families.
• An understanding of the EYFS framework or willingness to develop knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality Early Years care and education.
• Help children develop confidence, independence and love of learning.
• Deliver stimulating activities that support children's interests and development.
• Follow the EYFS framework to promote learning and development.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
