Early Years Alliance is recruiting for an Early Years Assistant Manager to support the Nursery Manager at Foxcubs Nursery in Luton. You will help lead a team to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care, modelling responsive interactions and ensuring standards are met.

The role offers extensive training, progression planning and a comprehensive benefits package within a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Post-qualification experience in working in early education and childcare or similar environment.
• Strong written communication skills for reports, supervisions and recruitment purposes.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of nursery management to inspire and lead the team to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care in line with policies.
• Be a role model, modelling responsive interaction and extending children’s learning.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times.
