Little Pioneers nurseries are hiring an Early Years Assistant where learning and career development go hand in hand. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating environment and support children’s play and exploration across key activities, adapting to full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.

We value openness, compassion, and safeguarding knowledge, with an Enhanced DBS check provided by us. You’ll work with a welcoming team that prioritizes EYFS principles, ongoing training, and generous benefits

Qualifications

• DBS check required (we’ll cover the costs).
• Open, honest and compassionate demeanor.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS.
