Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath is hiring an Early Years Assistant to join a caring team. You will help look after babies and children up to 5 years old through play, activities and reading, supporting their development with colleagues and parents.

We welcome applicants with or without prior nursery experience. The post includes safeguarding DBS checks, 20 days annual leave, pension and opportunity for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is ideal but not essential.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
• Safeguarding and DBS checks are required before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 through interactive play, activities, reading and exploration.
• Support children's development toward key milestones in a team setting.
