Job summary

Monks Orchard School in Croydon is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will support learning, development and care of our youngest children in a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment.

The role requires Level 2+ qualification in Early Years/Childcare, previous nursery experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and a warm, professional approach. A DBS check will be required prior to starting.

Monks Orchard School is proud to be a good school at the heart of the Shirley community in Croydon. In January 2026 we opened our Little Bees provision for 2 year olds. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

As a key member of our Early Years team, you will support the learning, development, and care of our youngest children. You’ll play a central role in creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment where every child can thrive.
