Job summary

We are looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Little Pioneers nurseries in Oxford. The role offers full time, part time, or flexible hours to suit your work-life balance. You don’t need to be qualified to start, as training and development are provided to help you build a career in early years.

You will help deliver engaging learning experiences, support children’s learning through play, and work with the team to maintain exceptional standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Open, honest and compassionate disposition.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS.
