Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to become a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice at our beautiful nursery in Hamilton!

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children through fun and engaging play. You will work with a dedicated team in a caring, family-friendly, and stimulating environment that is inviting to children, parents, and staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Must already hold a Level 2 Early Years Qualification and be eager to work towards a Level 3 EY Qualification.
• DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector.
• Enrolment on a work-based training scheme to study a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification as defined by Children’s Workforce Development Council.
• Previous experience in the early years sector is preferable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and families.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to supporting children's learning.
• Able to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.

• Supporting nursery operations to deliver high-quality education and care in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Creating a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for children and parents.
