Job summary

Kirby Muxloe Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is seeking an Apprentice to support and inspire children while working toward an Early Years qualification. You will join a caring, child-focused team at our Kirby Muxloe site and contribute to a warm, home-from-home environment.

As part of a supportive nursery, you will engage in activities, nurture curiosity, and develop professional relationships with families and staff, with clear progression opportunities and a strong emphasis on safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic about working with children
• Willingness to learn and gain Early Years qualification
• Ability to follow safeguarding procedures

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet each child’s individual needs
• Supervise and support children at all times
• Assist with activities, storytime, meals, and diaper changes
• Be a positive, practical role model and liaise with parents and staff
