Zusammenfassung

Kirby Muxloe Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is seeking an Apprentice to support and inspire children while working toward an Early Years qualification. You will join a caring, child-focused team at our Kirby Muxloe site and contribute to a warm, home-from-home environment.

As part of a supportive nursery, you will engage in activities, nurture curiosity, and develop professional relationships with families and staff, with clear progression opportunities and a strong emphasis on safeguarding.

About Our Nursery

Kirby Muxloe Day Nursery & Preschool in Kirby Muxloe offers a warm, home-from-home environment with a large garden, Forest School area, and passionate team supporting every child's learning journey.

Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, we provide all-inclusive care with meals, nappies, and essentials covered, plus fresh food prepared by our on-site chef. Children also enjoy unique features like an outdoor music area for creative play.

Facilities & Playrooms
The only nursery in Kirby Muxloe offering care for under-twos, with four well-equpiped rooms supporting every stage—from cosy baby spaces to a preschool designed for group learning and school readiness.

Garden
A large outdoor space includes separate areas for younger children, climbing and riding zones, plus a Forest School and nature garden for exploration.

What You Will Be Doing

Ensure that the children's individual needs are identified and met

Supervise and support the children at all times

Carry out a wide range of interactive tasks including reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies

Act as a positive, practical role model for the children

Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff members and parents

Ensure you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures

Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive and professional environment with hands-on experience
