Realise Training is hiring for an Early Years Apprentice Practitioner in Taunton. The role offers hands-on childcare experience while working toward the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard. Salary is £16,640 per year with a full-time schedule, based in Taunton, TA1 2PX.

On-the-job training is provided by Realise and the employer benefits from a dedicated training provider. The apprenticeship includes 20% off-the-job learning and access to wellbeing and staff benefits.

• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
