Realise Training is recruiting an Early Years Apprentice Practitioner for the Wellingborough area (NN8 4UF). You will gain hands-on experience in a high-quality childcare setting while working toward the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

You will meet each child’s needs, supervise activities, and engage in routines such as reading, meals, play, and nappies, all while following safeguarding procedures and receiving full on-the-job training with 20% off-the-job learning

Qualifications

• Maths and English at Level 1 Desirable
• Your employer will provide on-the-job training and the Level 2 apprenticeship pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of care and education in a childcare setting.
• Identify and meet each child’s individual needs and supervise daily activities.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and build relationships with staff and parents.
