Job summary

Realise Training is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice for First Class Nursery School in Wirral. You will support children's welfare, safety and development, planning play activities aligned with EYFS, and liaise with parents and external agencies.

You will train towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship, with 20% off-the-job learning and reflective journal submissions, under Realise as the provider.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths grade 4 or above preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging, purposeful play activities in line with EYFS.
• Support welfare, safety and development of children and report safeguarding concerns.
• Help with transitions, communication with parents and external agencies.
