Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is recruiting two Early Years Apprentices for a Brighton & Hove setting. You will undertake the Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, earning £8.00 per hour while working full-time (36-40 hours per week) with a November/December 2026 start.

The role offers hands-on experience in a growing Early Years environment and a clear path to progress from Level 3 to Level 5, supported by a dedicated team and ongoing staff development.

• Support the day-to-day care, learning and development of children.

• Assist with age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Support children's social, emotional and educational development.
• Encourage children to explore, play and develop their independence.
• Help prepare activities and learning areas.
• Work closely with qualified Early Years Educators.
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
