Job summary

Seymour House Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to support children aged 0–5, assist in planning activities and help track learning development. You will work within a supportive team, under a mentor, with opportunities to grow into leadership or specialist roles.

The apprenticeship leads to Level 3 Early Years Educator status, with a pathway to further qualifications such as Level 5 Leadership or EYITT/QTS, depending on progression and interests.

Qualifications

• Essential GCSE English Language or Literature (grade 4 or higher).
• Desirable GCSE Maths (grade 4).

Responsibilities

• Work with children aged 0–5, supporting play and development.
• Assist in organising activities and recording children’s learning progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents, with a mentor to guide you.
