Job summary

Realise Training is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join Little Monkeys Windsor Park in Windsor. You will work as part of a friendly team, supporting children’s learning and development while training toward the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.

Role includes acting as key person for a group, assisting planning and observations, and ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing. 40 hours weekly, shifts discussed at offer, with completion and loyalty bonuses and benefits

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English or equivalent, or willingness to work towards functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
• Team player with good communication and motivation.
• Ability to learn new skills, manage coursework, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key person for a group of children.
• Support planning, observations and assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing of all children.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment per EYFS.
