Job summary

Fennies Nurseries in London are offering an Early Years Apprentice role at their Clapham Road setting. You will learn through on–the–job training while supporting daily nursery routines and engaging with children in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Maths and English at grade 4 (or equivalent) and above desired.
• A passion for Early Years Education and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Engage and interact meaningfully with every child, creating warm, nurturing relationships.
• Support daily routines and ensure smooth operation of the room.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children, maintaining professionalism.
• Use statutory and curriculum documents effectively, including safeguarding.
• Support the key person system, ensuring children’s individual needs are met.
• Ensure the health, safety and well-being of both children and employees.
