Job summary

Busy Bees is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship designed to develop practical skills in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities within the EYFS framework. You will support the team to provide high-quality childcare and build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

You will learn to understand and meet each child’s needs while contributing to safeguarding and completing the apprenticeship with Busy Bees Education and Training within the stated timeframe,

Qualifications

• Must have Maths and English GCSE (or Level 2 Functional Skills) evidence.
• Passion for childcare and commitment to early years.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences for all children.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure children's individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship through Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
• Show enthusiasm, curiosity and commitment to personal development.
• Meet UK funding eligibility by residency requirements.

Education
