Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship starting in October. If you’re passionate about working with children, this is your chance to learn, develop, and begin a rewarding career in childcare within a leading nursery group.

As an apprentice you’ll be mentored by experienced Early Years professionals, gain hands-on experience with the EYFS framework, and progress through our dedicated Learning & Development courses. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years.
• Provide evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE 3/D or above or Level 2 FS).
• Residents in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years to meet funding eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Complete apprenticeship within the expected timeframe.
• Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to your own development.
