Busy Bees Nurseries in the United Kingdom is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship. You will learn to plan and deliver EYFS-based activities, support high-quality childcare, and build strong relationships with children and families while meeting safeguarding requirements.

You will participate in a structured apprenticeship with Busy Bees Education and Training, with mentoring and progression opportunities aimed at a long-term career in Early Years.

Qualifications

• UK resident for the last 3 consecutive years (funding eligibility)
• Evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills)
• Willingness to complete the apprenticeship provided by Busy Bees Education and Training

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following EYFS
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure children's individual needs are understood and met
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children
• Work toward completing your apprenticeship within the expected timeframe
• Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to your own development
• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years
