Qualifications

• Apprenticeship to become Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
• Training to develop skills in caring for children and supporting their learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering fun and educational activities for children
• Playing alongside and with children to support their development
• Contributing to children's developmental records through Tapestry
• Assisting children at rest times and mealtimes
• Helping to create a safe and happy environment for children
• Working in partnership with parents to meet the needs of their children
