Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool in Chineham is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join our caring team. You will look after babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning through play and activities, with training to complete your formal qualification.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing your apprenticeship.
• GCSE Level 4 English or Functional Skills Level 2, or willingness to complete during apprenticeship.
• Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Provide learning through interactive play, reading and activities.
• Attend required training and coursework with assessor support to complete your qualification.
• Reflect on practice and use new ideas to enhance development and learning.
